GET THE COPY:
Unfortunately many times when Performers work on a production that offers them "Copy, Credit, Meals Provided" the promised "Copy" of the project is NEVER given to the Performer.

A "Copy" is vital to the business of a Performer so that they may continue to add to and update their demo reel.

The purpose of the 'Copy & Credit Provided' Agreement Form is to protect YOU, the Performer, from such future production "oversights"! To make sure YOU get the Copy that was promised!

GET THE CREDIT:
Nowadays, your name simply appearing in the credit roll of a project isn't enough. Your name/stage name also needs to be placed as keywords wherever and whenever the project is uploaded online (like YouTube, Vimeo, BlipTV, Daily Motion, etc.). If someone were to look you up on the Internet then your name needs to be visible to the search engines and that's why this update is so vital!

So not ONLY is the Copy & Credit Provided Agreement Form necessary to help you get the COPY of the project you were in, but also to give you the proper CREDIT you deserve!

NO COPY + NO CREDIT = NO USAGE
There is a "Breach of Agreement" term which specifies that if any of the terms of this Agreement are broken that the talent release form the producer(s) had you sign for the project is considered "null and void" and the right to use your footage, name, voice, likeness and/or biographical material in connection to the Project is revoked.
